In 2020, Breegi Scientific was selected in the Nurses Innovate QuickFire Challenge in Maternal and Newborn Health—held in partnership with the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, with a focus on finding innovative solutions for improving neonatal care, obstetrics and women’s health. Breegi Scientific received $50,000 in funding in addition to mentorship from industry leaders and access to the J-LABS incubator and coworking spaces.
